He is the son of Rao Umar Javed, who is the Vice President of the Central Executive Committee of the Regional Union of Journalists Pakistan, South Punjab. His grandfather was a resident of village Bensi, present Tehsil Mehm, District Rohtak before the formation of Pakistan.
